I Started Brewing in 2009 making 5-gallon batches using my wife's Christmas present, now you know why I am blaming her.

It was common for me to be

brewing most weekends, making multiple batches at one time to keep a variety on

hand and get better at brewing.

I kept at it for quite a while

filling my garage and rec room with buckets of fermenting beer.

Then in 2018 we purchased the

Ruby Street Fusion 15 - one-half BBL system shown below which made quite the

difference in our brewing and the amount of beer I could make.

Brewing continued much easier

at a faster pace and at larger volumes, though I do like good beer I could not

drink it all myself, so it was a good thing we had tastings with friends and

family.

Our first beer tasting we only had six beers then grew to thirty-nine

different beers at one time.

2019 was a much smaller tasting but still had some great options.

We now brew all styles of beer,

but my favorites are German Brown's, Vanilla Bourbon Stouts, Porters, Red Ales,

and IPA's

Fruit forward beers came into

play per wife's request with Grapefruit & Raspberry wheat, Mango madness,

Apricot Ale & Peach IPA along with a few others that seems to have stuck in

our recipe books.
